Read some of the testimonials below from previous participants:

"I enjoyed lots of great recipes, fitness tips and the social side. It changed my family’s eating habits and I got great advice on staying fit and healthy. As a result, I feel really motivated to exercise."

Amy, Monkstown

"Loved the warm up, cool down and discovering that it is possible to chat and run. I loved all the delicious healthy treats as well as the easy recipes and brand suggestions. The nutrition treats were so welcome after the run and I was so much more motivated to try recipes after having tried them. "

Eibhlin, Sandycove

"I learnt so much from this and wanted to come every week (unlike my non-used gym membership). I’ve done other ‘transformation’ packages in the past where the diet has been too restrictive and unsustainable. This was practical and I appreciated all the running and nutrition tips."

Janette, Glenageary
